As can be seen in the picture, the rebuilding effort in Japan has already began and the results are sometimes astonishingly quick.
The picture to the left is dated 11/03/2011 at 430pm, roughly an hour after the earthquake hit. The picture on the right was taken on 15/03/2011 at 1pm in the afternoon. What a remarkable difference!
I will update with further pictures of the rebuilding effort in Japan once I have them.

astounding! truly the Japanese are a remarkable nation. I am not a Japanese but still i am amazed by the resilience of this nation.They rebuilt that road in 4 days. It would have taken months in any other country. Hats off to you Japan!
